Having spent most of my life in Rapid City other than the 6 years that I lived in Arizona. While in Scottsdale, I worked at PHArchitecture, a prestigious, boutique architectural firm, from 1995 – 2001. I started my career as an AutoCAD Draftsman and later worked my way up to Project Manager where I was engaged with the production and review of construction documents for medium and large-scale commercial projects. In addition to coordinating project teams and outside consultants, I was active with my review and evaluations throughout the construction process and have acquired invaluable on the job experience. I was also exposed to numerous zoning and building codes, a skill set that has proven valuable to my clients in my current profession.
In 2001, I moved back to Rapid City to be near family and become involved with my family’s business – The Grand Gateway Hotel and Foothills Inn. As a third-generation business owner, I share many of the same goals and ambitions of my grandfather who first went into the hotel industry. Being in an environment that demanded performance and ingenuity, I learned firsthand that exceeding expectations was essential to my success and that of the business as well. I strive to exceed expectations in everything that I put my hand to. I look forward to working with new clients and helping them to find a new home for their family, a new place to do business, or make an investment that will help them to reach their goals.
Selling and Buying Real Estate:
I can help you with this challenging experience.
Real Estate means more to me than just putting your home on the local MLS, a sign in your yard. It can be very stressful, and it is my job to make things go as smooth as possible to keep you informed and provide guidance throughout the process.
Because of my skills acquired while working in Architecture at PHArchitecture in Scottsdale AZ, you need a professional that understands all aspects of the real estate business. From finding defects with homes before you spend that $500 – and up on a home inspection for each home or has knowledge of the construction process and can help with planning of home improvements.
You will need a Real Estate Agent that has a strong marketing background. My experience working in the Hotel Industry and being a business owner of the Grand Gateway Hotel, Foothills Inn and Cheers Lounge in Rapid City, I know you need to have a strong business plan to be successful. Each and every listing I work hard to get sold. It’s extremely important to get your property in front of as many potential buyers as possible.
I feel strongly that when you are considering a real estate agent, you need someone who’s experienced and can help you through the whole process.
